These are vanilla cupcakes with a vanilla buttercream frosting. The logos are made from fondant.
New Year’s Cupcakes
These were for a New Year’s Eve party last year. I baked champagne cupcakes in the martini glasses, dipped the rims in colored sprinkles, and topped them with champagne buttercream.
Minnesota bound
This cake was for some friends that were moving to Minnesota. It was a Guinness Stout Cake, with a Bailey’s Irish Cream buttercream (my favorite frosting so far!!) It was sad to see them go, but at least we got to eat this delicious cake!
60th Birthday
This cake was for a 60th birthday party. I made 3 different flavors, 1 for each tier, and they were all dairy-free…since the birthday girl can’t have dairy! The bottom tier was a chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream filling. The middle tier was a red velvet cake with cream cheese filling. The top tier was a carrot cake, also with a cream cheese filling.

Made this cake for a 4th of July party. Chocolate cake, vanilla buttercream.
Rockband cake
This was a birthday cake for a Rockband themed party. The designs are made from buttercream…the guitar is fondant.
Cupcakes, just because
These were some peanut butter cupcakes I made for a poker party. I filled 1/2 of them with raspberry jelly and topped with a raspberry buttercream. The other 1/2 got a marshmallow filling, chocolate buttercream frosting and graham crackers crumbled on top.
