Over the weekend I made some mini cakes for an Angelina Ballerina Birthday party. The cakes were chocolate with vanilla buttercream and red velvet with a Baileys cream cheese frosting. All the caakes were covered in fondant and the ballet shoes and stars are fondant too. I made the Angelina figure from gum paste. Enjoy!! ...

I made this cake for my daughter’s 2nd birthday. All she talked about for about 6 months was Mickey Mouse. I used a sheet cake for the bottom, covered with buttercream “grass” and a fondant fence around the sides. The clubhouse was all styrofoam, covered in fondant…mostly because I didn’t need anymore cake!! ...
